the bathroom door did not provide complete privacy.

I appreciate the central location. It made getting around easy. The lounge area near reception proved useful. I found the closeness to various restaurants and shops Quite convenient.
While the staff was generally helpful, I noted instances where explanations about local amenities were unclear. The inability to assist with simple requests such as opening a bottle, directing me elsewhere, was a little inconvenient.

I liked the helpful girl at reception. She provided useful information about locations. i received a spacious, clean room upgrade. It really made a difference. the hotel is close to bus, rail, city center, and attractions which i found so practical. the staff members were pleasant and easy to talk to. They were very helpful.
i found the lack of tea and coffee in the rooms a little disappointing.
