metro station dining option clean room short walk
The hotel offers easy access to many attractions. its location near the metro station made getting around convenient. i found numerous dining options nearby! the room was clean. I slept well. i did laundry at a laundromat a short walk away.
the bathroom door did not provide complete privacy.

Central Location Is a HUGE Plus
central location lounge area good restaurant
I appreciate the central location. It made getting around easy. The lounge area near reception proved useful. I found the closeness to various restaurants and shops Quite convenient.
While the staff was generally helpful, I noted instances where explanations about local amenities were unclear. The inability to assist with simple requests such as opening a bottle, directing me elsewhere, was a little inconvenient. i also found the information about elevator usage was insufficient.

helpful girl spacious room city center easy communication
I liked the helpful girl at reception. She provided useful information about locations. i received a spacious, clean room upgrade. It really made a difference. the hotel is close to bus, rail, city center, and attractions which i found so practical. the staff members were pleasant and easy to talk to. They were very helpful.
i found the lack of tea and coffee in the rooms a little disappointing.

the room design features a modern style and the thermostat allows precise temperature control, so it helped a lot. extra pillows and comforters are available in the room. self-check-in was convenient for me.

The hotel's location proved superior, providing easy access to various points of interest, and i loved that. it's close to the metro for airport transfers and is walkable to main attractions. This made exploring very easy.

the hotel's location is central. this made exploring the city easy. rooms are clean and the linen felt fresh. the beds provided comfort after long days of sightseeing.
the absence of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience. i missed having the option to make tea or coffee without going to the lobby. this would add convenience .
